Below are frequently asked questions we get asked.
What is the best charger to use ?
- Please use a 5V/3A USB wall charger to charge. The machine will not be charged while using a charger below 15W (e.g. the Apple 5W charger).
- The charging cable may be damaged during shipment and delivery, please retry with other type-c cables if the device is unable to charge. If the above does not solve the problem, please contact : support@themudcompany.co.uk
Can I use my machine while its charging?
- Our Espresso machine cannot be use while it is charging. Please use our device when it is fully charged.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 2-3 business days to arrive. We use Royal Mail tracked 48.
What pods id MUD compatible with?
MUD is compatible with ground coffee and coffee capsules (Nespresso, L'OR, Jacobs, Lavazza, Kimbo, and Cafe Royal). Please press firmly on the coffee capsule for a successful extraction.
What warranty and do we offer a satisfaction guarantee?
- MUD has a 12-Month Warranty and 30-Day Return Guarantee. If you are not satisfied within this period, simply contact us at support@themudcompany.co.uk.
